Sunday 5th July 2009	Venetian Music Day At the Eucharist there will be a mass setting and an anthem by G. Gabrieli, accompanied by trumpets and trombones. At Evensong the music will include a Monteverdi Magnificat as well as Beatus Vir, accompanied by two violins and continuo. This will be followed by strawberries and Prosecco outside the church. This feast of Venetian music is to get us in the mood for the Hampstead Players' production of The Merchant of Venice which takes place from 9 -11 July.
